Did you know this product contains 15% vitamin C and is an incredible antioxidant boost?
This is the only Vitamin C serum I’ve ever used, and I only ever want to use!
The product packaging recently changed to a pump dispenser instead of the original dropper, and I hate it. The new pump dispenses way too much product (even when trying not to) and leaks product. I saved my last dropper to swap out the new pumps.
This is the only negative comment I’ve ever had about Dime products - please switch back to droppers!!!

I have loved this serum! I can see and feel the difference in my skin. My only negative is the bottle. Since it is a pump bottle way too much comes out even though the directions say 3 drops. There’s no way to get drops unless you unscrew the top which is what I do. It works out, but I wish it was more of a dropper top than a pump top. Still of the product, though!

I have been using this for quite some time and I love it. Each time I stay away from it I end up coming back. That says a lot! However, the new packaging just does not work for me. It seems to squirt out instead of dispensing the product smoothly. Please go back to the original while you perfect the new packaging!

Love this serum. I first tried in the travel use set and bought full size because my 45 yo, hormone ravaged skin looked better within a few days. Less redness. Clearer. Calmer. Smoother.
The full size is NOT a dropper though and it dispenses WAYYYYYY too much. I’m not happy that I can’t easily control the amount I use each time. I’d prefer to triple able to count the drops and only use the 6 I was using with the smaller size…that was enough for my face, neck, and chest area, with a bit left over to pat onto my neck where my skin is struggling with breakouts and dryness (thanks, perimenopause and HRT!)
Please consider a dropper bottle for this product!

We recently updated the packaging for our Hyper Glow Vitamin C Serum, changing it from a dropper to a pump.
This update was made to help minimize the serum’s exposure to air, which can slow down oxidation and help maintain the product’s quality over time.
We also want to reassure you that the formula itself has not changed. Our Hyper Glow Vitamin C Serum has always had a lightweight, watery consistency, so the texture you’re experiencing is consistent with the intended formula.
Additionally, our Product Development team has received feedback regarding the new packaging, and we want you to know that we’re actively working on a solution. If everything goes as planned, we anticipate that an updated solution will be available within the next few months.

Our Hyper Glow Serum is an amazing product for increased brightness, tightness, and overall skin health. It is also an incredible antioxidant boost that helps to fight against damage caused by environmental stressors.
Because this product contains vitamin C, if it comes in contact enough with oxygen, it will slightly oxidize, and it may vary in color from clear to light yellow to dark amber. If the color becomes dark in color it may be time to replace your Hyper Glow Serum.
As with all skincare products, it may take some time for your skin to adjust to a new product. Stinging, redness, and slight irritation can all be side effects of a vitamin C product. If you haven't used vitamin C in the past or this is your first time using our product, this isn't anything to be alarmed about. This is simply your skin going through cell turnover. If redness, irritation, and stinging continue after consistent use, please discontinue.
