Then I traveled with it and luckily, I put it in a baggie. It was about halfway full by the time I got home. Non toxic and lovely "I haven’t used perfume in years because I’m very concerned with toxins in my home and on my body. So I heard about dying perfumes. I was excited and skeptical. Defective "I ordered the roller ball to try. It came broken with pretty much no fragrance inside. It leaked all over the packaging. I emailed Dime about the situation and they sent me another roller ball to make up for the first one. The second one arrived worse than the first. This time it broke and leaked all through the packaging and the box. I emailed Dime again asking for a refund. They told me I’d have to go through the motion of using the online feature to request back my money. I felt that since I emailed their customer service that should have been enough and being that I sent pictures for reference, they could have processed it. I decided not to go through the online request to resubmit pictures and what the problem was since I had already done it via email. The fragrance itself seemed to smell nice. Favorite Scent! "This is my favorite scent, so I ordered several of these rollers. The scent is great- subtle but still lovely. Scent is still there after 6-8 hours. One downside- the roller tends to leak. I used to keep it in my makeup bag, but have started storing it vertically in my makeup brush jar and works great!
